Tuesday July 2, 6PM open meeting for those interested in the Society for Creative Anachronism

Do you like history? Did you ever imagine what it was like to be a medieval knight, lady, scribe, tanner….? Do you like to make things with your hands? If you can answer yes to these questions, and many more then have I got an opportunity for you at the Fowler Public Library.

Tuesday July 2 at 6:00 PM the Library will host a meeting for people who might be interested in getting involved with the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA). The SCA researches and plays in the middle ages, learning skills and trades appropriate to the particular area and time of interest to the individual.

Western Kansas has a few people working to start a formal group and they are putting out a call for interested parties to meet up. Are you interested and can’t make that date? no problem, feel free to contact the library and we will help you get connected.
